How can we help?

The game does not start

Close Solarpunk, restart your iPhone, and open the game again. Make sure you have installed the latest version of iOS and the latest version of Solarpunk.

Performance or heat

Close other demanding apps and let your phone cool before playing again. If one planet or mission causes a repeatable issue, include its name and your iPhone model when you contact us.

Reset progress

Open Settings from the title screen and choose Reset Progress. You will need to confirm the action. Reset progress cannot be recovered.

Report a problem

Email support@solarpunk.quest. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. If the issue is tied to a planet or mission, include its name.
